Dr. Moss graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and received her medical degree from New York Medical College. She interned at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, and completed her residency training in Dermatology at New York Medical College. She is currently on staff at North Shore Hospital in Manhasset, NY.

As the specialist at Meridian MedSpa, Dr. Moss offers cosmetic treatments such as laser hair removal, laser treatment of spider veins and freckles, IPL - Intense Pulsed Light for photo rejuvenation, microdermabrasion, chemical skin peels, BOTOX injections, and ClearLight - a new innovative light treatment for acne.

Dr. Moss has practiced Dermatology in both New York and New Jersey and is now located in Forest Hills, NY. She treats diseases of the skin, hair, and nails such as rashes, eczema, psoriasis, warts, skin tags, moles, sexually transmitted diseases, hair loss, nail fungus, skin cancer, wrinkles, and sun damage. Skin cancer screening is offered to every patient.

Yafit Azizian, Physician Assistant

Since 2005, Ms. Azizian has worked with Dr. Moss to treat Adult and Pediatric Dermatology patients. Yafit received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the New York Institute of Technology. During her training, she interned at Cornell Medical College, Elmhurst Hospital, Long Beach Medical Center, and St. Barnabas Hospital.

In May 2008, Yafit obtained a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska, specializing in dermatology. She is Board Certified and a member of the SDPA and AAPA. A licensed cosmetologist, Yafit has always had an interest in the beauty industry, and has combined her education to assist clients with skin problems as well as beauty enhancement.

Leah Perez, Aesthetician

Ms. Perez received her training at the Aveda Institute of New York, where she studied aesthetics and wellness. Before joining the team at Meridian, she worked at Pure Spa & Salon where she was one of the most client-requested aestheticians. Leah began working with Dr. Moss and soon became skilled in performing over 100 different treatments using state-of-the-art skin care technologies and techniques. Ms. Perez’s philosophy is that half of being beautiful is feeling well. She loves to help her clients achieve radiant skin through lifestyle changes and the most advanced skin care methods.
